Qoncier Subscription Terms, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans & Billing
Qoncier offers the following subscription plans:
Individual
$14.99/month or $99/year.
Family Plan
$29.98/month or $199/year.
The Family Plan supports up to five household profiles, which may include adults, children, dependents, or family pets managed under a single household account.
Additional Member Add-On (if available in your subscription flow)
$4.99/month or $29/year per additional household profile.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Billing may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe) depending on where you subscribe.
Healthcare professionals may create a professional account at no cost in order to connect with users who choose to share information with them. However, professionals who wish to use Qoncier to track their own personal health information must subscribe to an Individual or Family plan.
2. Free Trial
Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial.
At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your selected payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Trial availability may vary by platform and may not be available in all regions.
3. Payment Authorization
If you subscribe through Apple App Store or Google Play, you manage payment methods, cancellations, and renewals through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period or trial period.
Cancelling stops future renewals, but does not retroactively cancel or refund the current billing period.
To avoid being charged after a 7-day trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends.
5. Refund Policy
We aim to provide fair and transparent refund practices. Refund eligibility may depend on where the subscription was purchased.
Monthly Plans
Refund requests may be considered if submitted within 7 days of the initial charge, provided premium features have not been used extensively.
Annual Plans
Refund requests may be considered if submitted within 14 days of the initial charge, provided premium features have not been used extensively.
Renewal Charges
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription to prevent future renewals.
Apple App Store Purchases
Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund policies.
Google Play Purchases
Refunds are handled by Google according to Google Play's refund policies.
6. Changes to Plans or Pricing
Qoncier may update subscription pricing, plan structures, or features from time to time.
If a change affects your subscription, we will provide notice as required by applicable law and platform rules.
Changes will apply to future billing cycles unless otherwise stated.
